Victor “Smarg” Smargiasso is a professional property manager with multiple years of experience managing rental properties for landlord clients. He has managed real estate investment portfolios as large as 500 properties. He is an active Member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

Victor is also a licensed real estate broker and top-producing REALTOR® in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Before entering the property management and real estate industry, Victor was a successful team leader in Corporate America, demonstrating excellence in business-to-business sales, marketing, talent acquisition, and workforce management.

Victor holds degrees in business marketing and management from Tarleton State University.
